Want to receive some extra CASH with not much effort?

If you know someone or can find someone who wants or needs to sell their home quickly and at a discounted price, pass that information to People 1st Homes and we will gladly pay you a CASH finders fee.

In the past we have paid fees ranging from $200.00 for just a tip to $2,500.00 for a completed contract.  The amount we will pay depends on the potential profits in the deal and the amount of work that will need to be done to complete the transaction.

Fees will be paid at the closing for the sale of the property.
